Fundraising 2022:
Golf Charity Week in July raised R35000.
The innovative Travel Auction in August raised R29000.
Club Draw is now also being run through the BCC Charity Trust with 10% of revenue being allocated to the Trust. The winner of each month’s draw will get a tax certificate for the value of the contribution. September’s lucky winner won themselves R35 000 and the Trust got a contribution of R5000.
Phoenix Trophy Betting allocations also gave the Trust a R2200 contribution. All the small amounts add up to helping the Trust’s incredible work be more sustainable.
The Sunset Concert on 18th September was a fantastic success with the Trust getting just on R100 000 from the day. The community spirit and incredible vibe were an awesome bonus.
